First a shout out to all the "FAITHFUL" for hanging with me so long..

These last two months have been really hard on me. Have had a MAJOR bout with Fatigue, and it's winning. Have had to spend countless hours in bed because of not being able to function properly. Throw in some chronic joint pain and that's been my life for these last few months.

I feel like I've been ignoring you all and just wanted to give a short excuse for my shortcomings. I have messages from over two months ago that are still waiting for answers. Sorry.

Hey Everybody,
We'll I'm out of my pissed off mood and have been having the best day in a long time. I'm still in a lot of pain, but everything is just so great in my head that I feel like shouting from on high off the mountain tops. Don't have a clue what I'd shout, but it would be something ecstatic, seeing as that's how my mind feels right now. If I don't it's gonna bust!!!
Hope this mood can stay with me forever, kinda reminds me of the euphorea (did I spell that right?) I used to get when I did the illicit drugs back in the teenage years..HaHa

Sorry folks, but today I am really feeling sarcastic and I may say some things that might hurt some peoples felings and/or make them really pissed off at me, but who cares....and so we begin........
Two loonngg years, that's all it's taken for me to arrive at 5,000 pageviews. Is this like about a normal time for this to happen here on DA or is it just me? I watch these other people on DA and they can receive 5,000 pageviews within a matter of days. The ones I'm talking about are the ones that take zee pictures of zee naked ladies. All they have to do is take a few hundred photos and pick out the best ones and post them. To me your not an artist, your a photograper. Then we have the very talented people who can manipulate photos like you never saw before, these people are artist in there own right. Good work people.
You know, one thing that I have noticed about DA is the Artisan Group is treated like the ugly stepchild here. Why is that? Come on folks, you know I'm right..!!! Hardly , hardly ever do we see something from the artisans group getting a DD, or just before you first log on never, ever do you see something from the artisan group featured. Why is that? I mean if you creat a classification of an art style along with others on an art site should'nt it share the love along with the popular(?) groups?
Now think about it, here's a group of people that take nothing and make something beautiful from it. Back in the old days we used to be refered to as CRAFTSMEN, and well respected within the communities. When did things change?
Now adays, all you have to do is take some naked pictures of a woman and within 24 hours you'll have well over 1,000 views and a bucket full of FAV's. Ain't that cool? I was thinking of some way that I might be able to put some TITS on my wire trees and boy would people sit up and take note then..
I guess what I'm really trying to say is that we really need to support the real masters of art and not these people that take pics of the naked ladies. Get you head out of the gutter..!!!
But to all of you who do support me, thanks so much for the personal time that you have sacrificed in watching my art. And PLEASE, PLEASE give more support to the Artisan Groups. THANKS, Kenney

Today I made a big leap forward in the progression of mankind..my own I mean.. After taking another look see thru my own gallery, I came to realize something about myself, but was always afraid to admit.. All throughout my existence I've had FEAR and DOUBT as my two closest friends. Whenever faced with challenges thru out what my memory can recall, I've always called on my two good friends, FEAR and DOUBT right off the bat. I could always depend on them guys!!!
But to make a long existence short, today as I was looking at my wire trees, I just snapped and realize that here in front of me is something that I had created with the use of my own two hands. Something that I knew for sure that I would be able to do and do it well.. Yet the whole time from day one until just this afternoon FEAR and DOUBT were there right beside me all the way.
Sounds kinda irrational, huh?? Well, that's the way it was..? But today I just said to myself "Hey kiddo, you have ALWAYS been able to achieved what you start out to do, so just think what you could achieve if you finally dumped them two jugheads that you allowed into your life a long time ago. Just think whats possible if you had new friends like SUCCESS and CONFIDENCE!!! Wouldn't that be a better way to go for yourself, YOU IDIOT!!!"
So today I make a heartfelt pledge to myself to invite some new friends into my life...

This is really cool. I never thought that I would ever receive a DD. When I check to see who has been honored with this showing of ones art, I mostly see that it's someone other then individuals in the Artisan Crafts.
So maybe you can understand my shock when I logged on and saw that I had a bucket full of messages and a ton of pageviews! I at first thought that an error had occured until I started checking the messages and saw one that was congratulating me for receiving a DD. SO, now I have to get to work and respone to all the people who sent me so many nice comments.
On other fronts, I am now getting pain treatment, (THANKS to the wonders of modern medicine and narcotics), that might allow me to start work on my trees once again. It might take me a lot longer to make them but who cares, I can creat new pieces of art again.
Lastly, I wanna thank whoever was responsible for submitting me for this DD. You really made my day!!!
